Online Rental Application

• Download the rental application and consent form here.  Please fill in all fields and sign.  Remember, for every adult that occupies the property we will need a separate application for each adult. 

• Please submit application along with a copy of the drivers license, last 2 paycheck stubs or recent tax returns.

• Fax all forms to 404-920-3360 or email them to nesa@theloftstop.com

• Pay the non-refundable application fee of $50.  You may pay online or by check.

We will not process your application until we received all documents and the application fee!
